About Dow's Lawn and Snow, Inc.

Brooklyn Park was farmland once — the old Eidem homestead still stands to prove it — and Dow's Lawn and Snow, Inc. works the same ground with the same plainspoken rhythm: tend it in the growing season, clear it in the white one. Summer means mowed yards and clean trim from the river flats to the newer streets up north. Winter means the plow drops before the coffee is finished and driveways open up one after another down the block. It is unglamorous work that looks glorious when it is done right, which is the only way worth doing it. The land here has always rewarded people who show up for it.
