About RJ3 Property Maintenance LLC

Brainerd is a town the railroad laid out — straight streets, deep lots, boulevards that catch every leaf October can throw. RJ3 Property Maintenance LLC works that old grid through its whole cycle. In fall the job is honest and enormous: leaves down by the ton, lawns cut low and cleaned for the freeze, every property buttoned up before the first hard weather rides in. Then the grid changes character overnight, and the same streets need plowing, the same walks need shoveling, and RJ3 answers with routes run and entrances kept open until the sun finally gets its strength back. Through the green months it is mowing and upkeep; through the white ones, snow removal — the full keeping of a place, all four seasons of it. Their territory is Brainerd and the towns close around it.
