About LMI Landscape Maintenance, Inc.

Dawn comes up over the Highway 371 strip in Brainerd with the lot lights still burning and frost on the windshields, and LMI Landscape Maintenance, Inc. is often already out in it. The company keeps grounds ready for the day — lawns and green spaces mowed and trimmed through the summer, walks and entries cleared of snow through the winter — for properties around Brainerd and its busy edges. Maintenance is an unglamorous word for a satisfying thing: a place that opens every morning looking tended, whatever fell from the sky overnight. In a town where winter can drop half a foot on an ordinary Tuesday, that readiness is a craft. The lights come on, the doors open, and the grounds are simply right.
