About Intuitive landscaping

Every yard in Brainerd has habits, and Intuitive landscaping makes a trade of learning them — where the northwest wind builds its drift across a driveway, which shaded corner holds frost until ten, where the grass runs lush over an old low spot. Reading the ground that way shapes the work: lawns mowed and cared for with an eye to how each one actually grows, snow cleared with a memory of where each storm likes to pile it. The lakes area gives plenty to read — open water bending the wind, pines throwing long shade, sand drying one slope while the hollow below stays green. Work done with that attention doesn't look clever; it just looks right. The yard behaves, summer and winter, as if it wanted to.
