Gerdes & Sons Property Maintenance

About Gerdes & Sons Property Maintenance

West of downtown, the trails through Buffalo Hills climb and drop among the oaks, and the neighborhoods around them fill with sledders at the first good snow. Gerdes & Sons Property Maintenance works those west-side streets and beyond — lawns mowed and kept through the bright months, snow plowed and shoveled through the deep ones. Their rounds have a rhythm: the same drives, the same walks, done well each pass so no one has to think about them. In summer that means grass cut clean before the weekend; in winter, pavement showing before the school bus does. Brainerd is a town of routines, and this crew keeps some of its best ones.
