About Stone Strong Landscaping and Excavation

Every spring the sand plain gives up another crop of fieldstone, cobbles the frost lifts quietly into the mowing lanes of Blue Hill. Stone Strong Landscaping and Excavation works around them and through them — grass cut on the weekly turn, trimmed tight to the rock, the borders of drives and walks held to a straight line. There is a plain pleasure in a yard where nothing is left ragged: no shaggy fence corner, no strip missed behind the shed. Cleanups bracket the season at both ends, sticks and grit raked out in April, leaves gathered in October. In between, a yard here holds its shape from one week to the next, which is the whole idea.
