About SMS Property Designs LLC.

February in Bloomington has a wind that comes off Normandale Lake and polishes everything it touches, drifting snow back over walks an hour after they are shoveled. SMS Property Designs LLC does snow removal for exactly those days — the storm that will not quit, the drift that rebuilds itself, the ice hiding under fresh powder. Trucks and blades work lots and driveways down to clean pavement, then come back when the wind undoes it. It is winter work in a winter city, and there is real pride in doing it right: entries cut wide, snow stacked where it can melt in March without making trouble. They cover Bloomington and the neighboring cities whenever winter leans in.
