About A+ Sealcoating

Snow comes to Blaine sideways, riding a northwest wind across the flat open miles of the old Anoka sandplain, and it drifts where it pleases. A+ Sealcoating goes out to meet it. While the town sleeps under streetlight halos along Highway 65, the plow drops and the driveways come back, one clean black rectangle at a time. There is a particular satisfaction in the scrape of steel finding pavement, in headlights sweeping a cleared approach at five in the morning. By the time the school buses roll, the route is done and the coffee is cold. That is the shape of a winter night's work in Blaine, and it is good work.
