About Brooks Landscaping

April in Blaine is a held breath: Pleasure Creek runs loud with meltwater, the snow shrinks to gray commas along the north sides of houses, and the lawns wait, matted and patient. Brooks Landscaping is there for the waking-up. Spring cleanup rakes the winter out of the grass, the first mow of the year finds the green underneath, and week by week the yards fill in like a slow tide. Through the summer it is mowing and trimming on a steady rhythm, each visit leaving the kind of lawn a kid wants to run across barefoot. The growing season here is short enough to be precious, and Brooks treats it that way.
