C&C Lawn Care

About C&C Lawn Care

The birches give Bemidji its September — a week or two when whole streets turn white-trunked and yellow-crowned, and every lawn beneath them disappears under leaves. C&C Lawn Care works that calendar from the other end, starting when the snow lets go in April: raking out the winter, waking the grass, then mowing in time through the deep green of summer. By the time the birch leaves come down, the crew is ready with cleanups that clear a yard before the first heavy frost seals it. It is a tidy loop, matched to a town where the seasons announce themselves loudly. The lawn just has to be listened to.
