About Timber Ghost INC

Fog lifts off Lake Superior and walks inland along the Beaver River, and for an hour Highway 61 belongs entirely to the gulls. Beaver Bay grows its grass in thin shore soil between basalt and birch, which makes a healthy green stretch of lawn here something a person earns. Timber Ghost INC mows and trims those pockets of yard, then meets the other season head-on when the big lake starts throwing snow at the ridge. Plowing on the North Shore means shoveling out the steep pitch of a driveway before the wind packs it hard against the garage door. There is a plain pride in handing back a clear drive with the lake still roaring below it.
