About Maurer's Property Solutions, LLC

There is a week every October in Baxter when both trades happen at once: the mower makes its final pass over frost-toughened grass in the afternoon, and the plow gets hung and checked that same evening. Maurer's Property Solutions, LLC is built for that overlap. Lawn care carries a property from the late spring green-up through leaf drop; snow removal takes the handoff and holds the driveway open until the ice lets go of the lakes in April. One property, two entirely different jobs, no gap between them. In the north country, that continuity is the solution the name promises.
