About Julu Journey LLC

In late October the sandhill cranes pass high over Sherburne County, and Baldwin Township changes its work beneath them. Julu Journey LLC follows that turn of the year on the ground — the last mowings and leaf cleanups of fall, then the plow and shovel work when snow takes over the township roads. It is two trades stitched into one journey, which suits a place where the seasons announce themselves this plainly. A lawn brought in neat before freeze-up; a driveway opened again and again through the deep months; grass waiting underneath it all for April. The cranes come back north eventually. The yards are ready when they do.
