About Shane's Superior Services LLC
Backus sits in the middle of lake country — Woman Lake, Ten Mile and a scatter of smaller water in every direction — and every one of those shorelines has driveways that need opening in winter. Shane's Superior Services LLC takes on that snow removal, clearing drives, approaches, lots and walkways around town and out along the lake roads. Snow off open ice drifts nothing like snow in the timber; the same storm can leave a lakeside driveway packed solid and a wooded one barely touched. Knowing which is which saves a whole morning. Either way the aim is modest and clear: get out, get down to the surface, and let people go about their day.
