G & K Mowing & Lawncare Services

About G & K Mowing & Lawncare Services

On a July evening the light lasts long over East Side Lake, and the sound of mowers carries across Dobbins Creek as Austin's east side gets its lawns in shape before the weekend. G & K Mowing & Lawncare Services is part of that sound — steady passes, clean trim lines, grass cut at the height that keeps it thick through the humid heart of summer. When the year turns, the mowers give way to snow work, and the same driveways get opened up while the streetlights are still on. It is simple arithmetic: green and growing half the year, white and drifting the other half, and somebody has to keep up with both. In Austin and the nearby towns, that somebody shows up.
