TK Property Care

About TK Property Care

There is a week in November when Apple Valley locks up — the ponds skin over, the ground goes hard out by Quarry Point, and the last mow of the year suddenly matters. TK Property Care works both sides of that line. Before freeze-up it is final cuts, leaves off the lawn, a property squared away for the long pause. After, it is snow: plowed drives, shoveled steps, saltless mornings made walkable again. Caring for a place in this town means never really being off-duty, just changing tools — and there is a certain pride in being the reason a home looks kept in every month of the calendar.
