First Class Grass

About First Class Grass

By October, Anoka leans into its title as the Halloween Capital of the World — bleachers going up along the parade route, maple leaves drifting against the brick storefronts of the old downtown. First Class Grass spends that month putting lawns to bed properly, because a yard that goes into winter tidy comes out of it ready. Through summer the rhythm is mowing: crisp passes, clean trim lines, grass that looks combed. And when the parade is a memory and the first real snowfall arrives, the crew is out plowing, so no one in town has to fight their own driveway. Season after season, the point is the same — a place that looks cared for, because it is.
