About Mikes Landscaping and Tree Service

July in Amboy runs thick and green — corn shooting up in the dark earth, humid evenings flickering with fireflies, thunderheads stacking over the fields by late afternoon. Mikes Landscaping and Tree Service, a landscaping and tree service business, keeps Amboy lawns in step with all that growth. Mowing comes often in a season like this, and the aim is grass that stays even and fresh between storms, with edges cut neat along sidewalks and flower beds. Under the big shade trees that make a summer yard bearable, the lawn gets the same attention as the open ground. When the heat breaks at dusk, a freshly mown Amboy yard is one of the gentle rewards of a Minnesota summer.
