About Swenson Snow Plowing Inc

By four on a storm morning, Swenson Snow Plowing Inc is already out in it, working Alexandria's driveways so the school buses and shift workers find open pavement at first light. The company name says winter, and winter is the main event in this corner of Minnesota — but the mowers run all summer too, keeping the same properties trim between snows. There is a quiet pride in the timing of it: snow gone before it is missed, grass cut before it gets shaggy. Work like that is the kind nobody has to think about — done, on time, again and again. That is how a northern town keeps moving.
