About Maplewood Mowing LLC

From out on the county roads, Albany announces itself the way Stearns County towns do — a steeple above the treeline first, then the trees, then the houses standing under them. Maplewood Mowing LLC works in that shade: mowing, trimming around trunks and fence lines, edging the walks, clearing leaves when the canopy finally quits. Shaded lawns are their own puzzle, thinner and slower to fill in, and they answer to a lighter hand and a taller cut. Late in the afternoon, with the mowing done and the lines running straight to the boulevard, a street of old maples looks about as good as a street can. That view is the entire reason to do it well.
