About Hill Top Property Services

The land tilts up gently toward the Superior Township line, and the wind finds you there — it dries the grass early and turns an autumn cleanup into a moving target. Hill Top Property Services mows those rises and the low lots beneath them, edging along drives and trimming the corners a deck cannot reach. On breezy October days the leaves are gathered quickly and hauled before they scatter twice. Yards on the higher ground green up a little later in spring and hold their color a little longer into fall. Working with that, rather than against it, is the craft.
