About Lavelle's Lawn Care and Snowplowing, LLC

The first real storm usually shows up in December, coming across from the lake and thickening as the evening goes on until Chicago Drive is nothing but tail lights and white. Lavelle's Lawn Care and Snowplowing, LLC works the night behind it, plowing Wyoming driveways and lots, shoveling walks and steps, laying salt on whatever is going to glaze over by dawn. The measure of a winter here is not one blizzard but the twenty small ones, each needing somebody with a blade and an early alarm. A drive opened before the first commute is the difference between a normal Tuesday and a stuck one. That is the whole service, from the first inch that sticks to the last grey thaw.
