About Gibson's Landscaping LLC

October in Wyandotte is a canopy job. The old maples along the side streets hold on until one windy night and then let go all at once, and Gibson's Landscaping LLC is out clearing lawns, walks and gutter lines until the yards are bare and even again. Before that come the mowing months — cutting, trimming and edging the narrow, deep lots this part of Downriver was laid out in. After it comes snow and the plow work: drives opened, walks cleared, salt down where the shade keeps the ice from letting go. A city block on a January morning with every apron scraped clean is a quiet kind of order.
