About Codner's Lawn & Landscape LLC

Whittemore is a small grid of streets set in Iosco County farmland, close enough to Lake Huron that the wind off the water shows up in every forecast. Codner's Lawn & Landscape LLC mows and trims and edges through summer, when the evenings run long and the dirt track at the edge of the village makes its own noise on a Saturday night. Then the cold comes down and the work turns to plowing drives, clearing walks, and salting the ice that forms in the shade of the barns. Farmyards, village lots, the long two-track approaches, all of it gets cleared to the ground and cut to the line. Plain work in a place that measures a person by whether the job got finished.
