On a January night the lights of Alpine Valley glow over the ridge, and every driveway between there and Bogie Lake Road is waiting for somebody with a blade. Lewis Bros. Landscaping runs snow removal through those nights — plowing drives, opening walks, salting the entries where the ice sets up hardest — and then swaps to lawn care once the ground softens. Summer here means mowing, trimming and edging on lots that run from tight subdivision squares to long gravel approaches out toward the lakes. The two seasons ask for opposite skills and the same habit: be there when the weather says so, and finish the property completely. A cleared drive in the dark and a cut lawn in July are, in the end, the same promise kept.
