About GnR Snow & Ice Management Group

Black ice on Michigan Avenue at dawn doesn't look like anything at all, which is precisely what makes it the dangerous part of a Westland winter. GnR Snow & Ice Management Group treats the season as two jobs, moving the snow and then managing what it leaves behind. Plowing, clearing walks and entryways, salting the shaded corners and the low spots where meltwater pools and hardens overnight. Timing carries the whole thing, because pavement has to be handled before the temperature drops through it rather than after. The work goes unremarked when it's done right, and that is the standard it's held to.
