About Fair Ground Resident Services

Midsummer along the Portage River lowlands, the grass grows like it is being paid to, and a week away turns a lawn into a meadow. Fair Ground Resident Services keeps Waterloo Township properties on top of it — mowing to a schedule, trimming out the corners a deck cannot reach, edging walks and drives, and hauling off what the season drops in spring and autumn. Low ground stays soft after a rain, so the route reads the sky and saves the wet spots for last. The point is not a manicure; it is a yard that stays ahead of a Michigan July instead of behind it. Cut clean, edged sharp, left looking effortless — which it is not.
