About G&S Property Services - G&S Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning, Inc.

When a January system stalls over Oakland County, Troy wakes up to four inches and a parking lot that has to be open by seven. G&S Property Services - G&S Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning, Inc. takes the snow side of that morning: plowing drives and lots, clearing walks and entryways, and treating the ice that follows a midday thaw. Winters here rarely arrive as one storm; they come as a long argument between freeze and melt, and the pavement keeps score. The work happens in the dark hours, headlights and exhaust steam, so that by daylight nobody has to think about it. A cleared drive is a small thing right up until the morning it isn't there.
