About Double H Services

September in Troy is the reward season: cool mornings, heavy dew across the fairways at Sylvan Glen, and grass that finally grows the way it wanted to all July. Double H Services spends it mowing, trimming and cleaning up lawns while the light comes in sideways and low. Autumn work is the unglamorous kind — leaves off the turf, edges recut, one last tidy pass before the ground goes hard — and it is exactly what a lawn remembers in April. The crew moves street by street rather than in a rush, because a rushed cleanup announces itself in the corners. When they leave a yard, the only sign is that the season doesn't seem to have touched it.
