About TJS Lawn Care

Around Long Lake and Interlochen, late October hands you both jobs in the same week — maples letting go all at once, and a forecast that has started using the word snow again. TJS Lawn Care lives in that overlap. Through the green half of the year it is weekly mowing, trimming and edging, mulch, spring and fall cleanups, and the feeding and weed control that keep a yard from going brown in August. Through the white half it is plowing drives, shoveling walks, and salting the shaded strip beside the garage that never sees the sun from November to March. The lakes hold cold and give it back slowly, so the seasons here run into each other at both ends, and somebody has to be ready for whichever one shows up.
