Landgreen Lawncare

About Landgreen Lawncare

Mid-May at the Grand Traverse Commons: the red brick goes warm in the sun and the long lawns come out of brown into green almost overnight. Landgreen Lawncare works that arrival — the first mow of the year, trimming back what winter flattened, edging the walks, hauling off the last of the old leaves. Grass in northern Michigan waits a long time for permission and then goes all at once. There is a particular pleasure in that first clean cut of the season, with the bag full and the yard suddenly looking awake. From there it runs weekly all summer, until the color leaves the hills.
