About Property Shepherds Outdoor Services

A February dusk in Taylor arrives early and low, freezing drizzle glazing the parking lots near Eureka Road while the storefront lights come on. Property Shepherds Outdoor Services is out in that hour, pushing lots clear, cutting a path to every entry door, and spreading salt on the glaze before it can set into something a person could fall on. Commercial ground asks for a different kind of attention than a driveway does — approaches, curb lines, the corner where meltwater always runs and always refreezes. In the warm half of the year the same properties get mowed, trimmed and edged, with cleanups that keep the beds and borders from creeping over the pavement. Looking after a place year-round means knowing it well enough to see the trouble spot before the weather finds it.
