B & J Sweeping

About B & J Sweeping

The lots around Southland Center look like a different country after midnight — acres of empty asphalt under sodium light, filling in fast and quietly. B & J Sweeping pushes that snow into long windrows along the edges and stacks it where it won't swallow a lane or bury a curb cut. By the time the first cars turn in, the pavement is dark again and the painted lines are back where they belong. Taylor's flat ground is generous to a plow blade when it's worked in the right order, and order is most of the trade. There's a quiet in a finished lot at 5 a.m. that's hard to describe and easy to be proud of.
