Tawas Tree Care

About Tawas Tree Care

Sunrise comes over Tawas Bay first thing, straight in off the water, and the maples on the streets between the bay and US-23 catch it before the town is awake. Tawas Tree Care starts early on those in-town lots — pruning that keeps a crown clear of the eaves, tree trimming for the ones leaning out over the sidewalk, tree removal when a trunk has gone soft and the bay wind has begun to work on it. Gales off Huron in November fill the yards with wood; storm damage cleanup gets the walk usable and the lawn clear before the ground freezes hard. Small pleasure, doing this here: a tidy pile, a clean cut, and the whole bay showing through the branches where a limb used to be.
