About Maleski Maintenanace, Llc

October on the peninsula is the show — maples going up the ridges, cherry leaves turning, wind pushing whitecaps down the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay. Maleski Maintenanace, Llc spends it moving leaves and putting properties away, after a summer of mowing, edging and trimming out the fencelines on those same routes. Then the snow arrives and the routes hold: plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks, keeping ice off the steps where people actually set their feet. There is a rhythm to tending property in a place with real winter — you finish one job already knowing what the next one will ask for. It gets done early, and it gets done the same way every time.
