Lawn & Order

About Lawn & Order

Wednesday, seven-thirty, trailer ramp down on a Sturgis side street: some weeks the entire point is that nothing is a surprise. Lawn & Order runs a route — same yards, same day, mowed in alternating directions so the turf never leans one way for long. Trimming closes whatever the deck could not reach, and the edges get held to that same line week after week. Between here and Constantine the summer moves in a hurry, and a lawn left two extra weeks becomes a much bigger job than it ever needed to be. Keeping order is the service; the tidy yard is only what it looks like from the street.
