Alpine Tree & Lawn Care

About Alpine Tree & Lawn Care

There is a pocket of old oak woods at the Sterling Heights Nature Center where the light comes down in coins, a reminder that this ground grew trees long before it grew subdivisions. Alpine Tree & Lawn Care works the shade and the sun both — mowing, trimming, edging, and clearing the leaf and twig litter that shaded lawns collect. Turf under a mature canopy asks for a different touch than turf in the open: cut a little higher, watched a little closer, given time. Spring in this corner of Macomb County comes late and then all at once, and the first green under those oaks is worth the wait. What is left behind is a yard that looks tended without ever looking fussed over.
