Premier Property Maintenance

About Premier Property Maintenance

There is one week in November when the lawn is finished and the sky has not committed yet, and the mower gets put away the same afternoon the plow goes on. Premier Property Maintenance covers both ends of that year in St. Louis, Michigan: mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup through the green months, then snow plowing, walkway clearing and ice control once the mid-Michigan wind turns. Holding the same property all twelve months means knowing where water runs, where the drifts build, and exactly where the pavement stops. That knowledge is what gets a lot open at six in the morning in February. One place, watched the whole way around the calendar.
