About Lawn Care Plus

Four in the morning in January, and the streetlights along State Street are full of moving snow — a lake band set up offshore and marching straight in. Lawn Care Plus is out ahead of the alarm clocks, plowing driveways, shoveling walks and steps, and salting the slick patches that form where wind funnels between the buildings. The aim is simple enough: people should be able to back out and go to work without thinking about it once. When the thaw finally arrives, the same trucks trade blades for mowers — regular cutting, trimming, edging and the cleanups that take a St. Joseph yard from bare to green and back again. Two halves of the calendar, one crew, no gap between them.
