Smith Lawnscapes

About Smith Lawnscapes

North of Saint Johns the Maple River wanders through low ground, and the horizon out there is so flat that sunsets take up half the sky. Smith Lawnscapes works under that big light all summer, mowing, edging, trimming, mulching beds and shaping the lines that make a lawn read as tended rather than merely cut. When the fields go bare and the wind starts driving snow across the county roads, the work changes to plowing, shoveling and salting, opening drives while it is still dark out. Cleanups handle the turns of the year, the spring rake-out and the fall haul of leaves. It is one continuous job with two faces, and both of them end with a place that looks right.
