About Russell Landscaping Inc.

Up at the north end of St. Clair Shores, near Fifteen Mile, a January morning can come up salt-white and about as hard as pavement gets. Russell Landscaping Inc. runs snow work through that stretch — plowing driveways, opening walks and steps, spreading salt where the melt-and-refreeze cycle keeps rebuilding ice. The route runs on storm time rather than clock time, which means starting whenever the snow stops and sometimes before it does. A drive cleared curb to garage door, edges square, is the entire deliverable. In a Michigan winter that is worth getting right.
