About Liberty Landscaping

Morning in Southfield starts on glass. The gold towers along the Civic Center stretch catch the sun a good while before the side streets do, and by the time that light reaches the lawns off Evergreen, Liberty Landscaping is already unloading. The work is plain and done with care: weekly mowing, string trimming around fences and mailboxes, an edge cut along the drive that gives the whole front yard its outline, dark mulch set into the beds. Lots here are generous and heavily shaded, so there is patience involved — a lighter pass where roots run near the surface, a taller cut under the big maples. Come October the job turns to leaves, load after load off the brick ranches toward Lathrup Village until the turf can breathe again.
