About Northern Lawn Care & Property Mgmt. LLC

Shelby sits in the asparagus country between the Silver Lake dunes and the rolling inland ground of Oceana County, close enough to Lake Michigan that winter shows up sideways. Northern Lawn Care & Property Mgmt. LLC meets it with plow and shovel — driveways cleared, lots pushed back, walks opened while the lake is still throwing snow inland. In the warm months the same properties get mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups, along with the general upkeep a place needs between visits. Summer here is short and full of people; winter is long and mostly wind. Keeping a property ready for both is the whole job, and a cleared drive at first light is its own kind of welcome.
