About North Star Landscape Enterprises

At three in the morning during a storm there is nobody at all on the roads in Shelby Township, and the sky, when it finally clears behind the snow, is startling. North Star Landscape Enterprises works those hours — plowing driveways and lots, cutting the walkways open, spreading salt on the slick spots before anyone has to think about them. A route is a discipline: the same stops in the same order, then back to the beginning if the snow keeps coming. The reward arrives later, at daylight, when a whole street of drives is clear and the day simply proceeds. Nobody sees the truck; everybody sees the result.
