Hunt's Maintenance & Services

About Hunt's Maintenance & Services

Out on the flats toward Kinross the wind has nothing to lean on, so the snow does not stay where it lands — it travels, and a drive that was clear at nine can be a drift by midnight. Hunt's Maintenance & Services runs snow removal against exactly that: plowing, back-dragging away from garage doors, shoveling steps and walks, and coming back around when the wind says to come back. Storms in Chippewa County rarely arrive at a convenient hour, and the drifting keeps its own schedule. The purpose of the work is plain enough — somebody gets in the truck at five in the morning and simply goes, without hunting for a shovel.
