Gulley Property Maintenance

About Gulley Property Maintenance

Nothing tells you more about a property up here than where the water goes in April. The snowbanks along Mackinac Trail sag and slump, the ditch lines run for two weeks straight, and every low corner of every yard finally shows itself. Gulley Property Maintenance works that whole cycle — plowing and shoveling from the first November band through the last March dump, then mowing, trimming and cleanups once the ground firms up again. Knowing a lot in winter makes you better at it in summer: where to stack snow so the melt doesn't sit, where a mower will sink. One property, twelve months, handled by someone who has seen it under both.
