About Jack Knife Landscaping and Lawn Service

By September the grass slows down but the edges do not — turf creeps over the concrete all summer until a walk sits two inches narrower than it was poured. Jack Knife Landscaping and Lawn Service cuts that back for Saginaw yards, along with mowing, trimming, landscape upkeep and the cleanups that carry a lawn into fall. A fresh edge is a satisfying thing: a straight dark seam where grass stops and pavement begins, the sidewalk suddenly its full width again. Add an even cut and a blown-off drive, and a plain yard starts to look composed. That is the trade, done a few hundred times a year across this flat river town.
