About Britt Heinz Tree Services

Saginaw's older neighborhoods were laid out under street trees that grew up with the city, and the river past Ojibway Island still sets the weather for all of them. Britt Heinz Tree Services works that canopy — removing a maple gone soft in the trunk before it takes the sidewalk with it, trimming and pruning so the arch over a street holds another season. Flat river-valley ground offers no shelter when a squall line comes down off the bay, so storm damage cleanup is steady work here: porch limbs down, tops out of alleys, the pile gone by evening. The day after, a block looks whole again — no tarps, no cones, nothing across the walk. Saginaw, Bridgeport, Frankenmuth, Freeland and the townships nearby.
