About Backer Landscaping Inc.

Gratiot Avenue cuts its old diagonal across a town where every other street runs square, and on a January night the plow lights slide along it long before anyone is awake. Backer Landscaping Inc. works that hour — clearing Roseville driveways and walks, salting the steps, opening the path from the side door to the car so first shift never has to guess. When the ground softens again, the same trucks turn to mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups on the very same blocks. There is a plain pride in both halves of it: a drive scraped down to bare pavement by six, a lawn cut level by noon. Roseville, Eastpointe, Fraser and St. Clair Shores all sit inside that loop.
