About Outdoor Experts Inc

The forecast says clipper, and by ten at night the northwest wind along I-275 has teeth in it. Outdoor Experts Inc reads that sky from a base in Romulus, and when the first inch sticks the trucks are already rolling — commercial lots, driveways, the loading aprons that have to be open before the first shift. Plowing, shoveling walks, salting the corners where ice keeps coming back, then going out again at three in the morning, because southeast Michigan rarely quits after one pass. There's a strange beauty to a parking lot at four a.m., empty and black and squared off, the banks stacked neat along its edges. That's the entire job: a town that wakes up and finds nothing in its way. Romulus and the surrounding Wayne County communities get exactly that, storm after storm.
